In some applications, plastic components can provide a lower-weight alternative to metal solutions. The environmental impact of a component depends on factors such as material selection, manufacturing process, service life and end-of-life treatment.
Waste & Recycling
Production waste is handled by external recycling and waste management partners. Recyclable materials are directed to recycling streams, while non-recyclable waste is treated in approved waste-to-energy facilities that contribute energy to district heating networks.
Our Energy Transition
The electricity used in our production and heating is supplied from fossil-free electricity sources. A portion of our electricity demand is met through energy generated by our on-site solar power installations.

Closed-Loop Cooling System
Cooling water is recirculated through closed-loop systems in our production facilities. By reusing water within the process, we reduce water consumption and improve resource efficiency.
